THE PUREST TEMPTATION by: ASHANTAY KEYS (REVIEW!!!)
Good Evening Truth Seekers!
I pray all is well with you on today. I guess Amazon is one because they denied my review for this book. They said I tried to manipulate my review by using alternative words in order for it to be posted to the site (in so many words). All I'm going to say is PROVE IT! This is not the first, second or third time a review of mine has not been approved. Keep fooling with me and it won't be the last, lol. Now, let's get into it.
This story is about a young and engaged Christian couple named Fabian and Bianca who are practicing celibacy until marriage. The thing about practicing celibacy is that it comes with purest temptation, hence the title of this book. All is fair until Bianca comes across the IG page of a fine specimen named Harlem. Frieze is what they call him. He was an artist, and it showed by the tattoos gracing his body. What started off as something innocent ended up becoming a challenge. He was one disrespectful little bastard, though. I don't care how lonely I may get I will not settle for disrespect of any kind from anyone. Period!
Although Fabian and Bianca were celibate from penetration, they always pleased each other orally. Oh, did I mention that they were virgins. You don't see that these days. What happens when the oral sex comes to an abrupt halt? People begin to look in other directions. When you are as green as Bianca was in the sex department, people will be able to tell you and have you doing anything. I literally wanted to beat the hell out of Fabian and Harlem! If I could punch them in the neck and cut off their circulation I would. If bashing their heads in was a picture, I'd be on there holding a bat. You'll have to read the book to get the tea. My emotions were running wild.
This book had me cursing, but I enjoyed it. I give it 4 Stars! The only thing I disliked about this book was the fact of it not being enough. I wanted more. Harlem dropped off the face of the earth and I don't know why. It happened so fast it was almost like he didn't exist. Other than that, it was a good read. Ashantay is about to have me scanning her catalog behind this one.
Enjoy the rest of your evening and thanks for listening!
